We aged a batch of Leisure Time in wine barrels with souring organisms for over a year to bring you Sour Time! Light, tart, funky, and dry, this beer is perfect for sour lovers or those who want a little something different. Sour Time is a draft only release, so come have a pint with lunch or dinner this week! Also on draft this week is Big Red Mitch– an imperial red lager named after our favorite used-to-be-ginger salesman. This is a wicked hoppy lager brewed with simcoe, centennial, amarillo, and idaho-7 hops. Available for pours and growler fills.Details
Leisure Time is now available in twelve packs of 12 oz cans following its first canning this week! We have a limited amount of cans so come grab yours while they’re fresh. Additionally, the Ninth Blend in our Sour Barrel Project series is now available in bottles. The Ninth Blend combines three lagers that were soured in a combination of red and white wine barrels. This is a brewery exclusive brew so be sure to stop by and pick one up. We’re also bringing two new beers on draft this week. Sibling Ryevalry is a new rye IPL brewed with Simcoe and Chinook hops.
