Jack’s Abby Brewing Co was founded in 2011 by three brothers, Jack, Eric and Sam Hendler. It is one of the fastest growing, most beloved breweries in the country. We’re known for making beautiful craft lagers under the Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers brand and fermentation forward beers under the Springdale Beer Co brand.

Jack’s Abby is seeking an organized and resourceful individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Support Administrator. This position supports administrative functions of our sales and marketing teams.  Organization, attention to detail and independent project management skills are required for this position. Passion for our culture of great beer is a plus. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain item management and product releases using various systems and databases.
  • Manage product compliance across multiple markets.
  • Organize, distribute and track various Point of Sale items.
  • Assist with shipping samples, press materials etc.
  • Provide administrative support for the field sales team.
  • Process online merchandise orders.
  • Coordinate brand ambassador team.
  • Record minutes of sales and marketing meetings.
  • Execute administrative tasks as requested by sales or marketing directors as needed.

Admin and Office Support:

  • Own communication within, into and out of the departments supported and support internal communication efforts.
  • Tracking of supported department wide goals and metrics.
  • Tracking of all contracts for supported department vendors.
  • Responsible for supporting department head in day to day management and administrative duties. This includes, but is not limited to: department head scheduling, communication, planning, special project management, assistance in daily administrative duties or other tasks as assigned by the department heads.
  • General business support: Answering company phone lines, answering customer inquiries, directing information to appropriate departments, receiving mail and deliveries to the office, and filing.
  • Other duties/and or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with the google suite and/or microsoft office.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Familiarity with VIP, Lilypad, and OrchestratedBeer software is a plus.

Our brewery reps are continuously doing all they can to seek out new business, nurture current relationships, and advocate for our brands in growing markets.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial craft beer lover with ambition and flexibility in equal measures. The position requires work in the Southern/MA area selling in Jack’s Abby Brewing brands at the retail level. The position requires collaboration with wholesaler representatives to ensure proper execution of goals and generate growth of the brand.  This position sometimes requires driving/traveling long-distances, sometimes several hours away from home.

  • Busser
    • Maintain a clean & sanitary work environment, especially in high contact areas.
    • Serves patrons by settling tables, placing and replacing silverware, clearing tables.
    • Checks and maintains bathroom cleanliness.
  • Server/Bartender
    • Assists customers by taking their food and beverage orders. 
    • Works closely with the runner to ensure food and beverage accuracy. 
    • Pays extra attention to food allergies, restrictions and dietary preferences. 
    • Maintains an accurate cash drawer and handles credit card transactions. 
    • Change kegs as necessary.
    • Assist customers with basic needs at their tables.
  • Service Bartender
    • Assists counter service by fulfilling beverage orders through the service bar.
    • Works closely with the runner to ensure beverage accuracy (i.e. proper pour, proper glassware, proper sizing)

  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms

  • Has on-premise TIP Certification, or Alcohol Intervention Methods Certification a plus.
