Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 oz spinach
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Smoke & Dagger
- 7-8 ounces pasta
- 6 ounces smoked gouda
- 3 ounces sharp cheddar
Instructions:
- Melt butter and garlic over medium-high heat for two minutes
- Add spinach and stir until it is wilted
- Pour in milk and beer, bringing to a gentle bubble on medium-low heat
- Add pasta, stir in, and cook for ten minutes, then add a lid
- Cook another ten minutes, removing the lid and stirring periodically
- Once pasta is cooked and most liquid has cooked down, add in cheeses
- Stir until all grated cheese has melted in
- Serve and enjoy with another beer!
