What’s new- the Sax is back!

Happy holidays everyone!  This week we’re celebrating the return of the Saxonator, a dunkles dopplebock, in bottles and on draft.  Saxonator is dark strong interpretation of a double bock. Full bodied with a raisiny, dark fruit, slightly roasted and chewy malt character. Lagered for two months, a smooth malt character balances the high ABV of this strong beer. Perfect for keeping you warm on these cold (ish) winter nights!

The Beer Hall & Kitchen will be CLOSED on Christmas day and will have limited hours on Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve hours are as follows: kitchen and bar 11:30-3, retail 11:30-6

What’s New- Hammerheads delight!

This is a big week for Beer Hall releases!  First off- a fresh batch of Calyptra, our session IPL hits the taps.  3x Dry Hopped Hoponius Union will be back on tap this week as well, this time hopped with Sorachi Ace and Calypso.

Then, the first of our newest Barrel-Aged Framinghammer variants arrives- the Italiano, bourbon barrel aged with star anise, espresso, and lemon zest.  This beer is draft only, so come grab a snifter soon. If that’s a little too strong for you, Nitro Coffee Smoke & Dagger will make an appearance this week.

If you’re not a hophead or a hammerhead, you can get pumped about a new draft-only Sour Barrel Project appearing on tap as lines open.

What’s New- Thanksgiving Week

The Beer Hall & Kitchen will be CLOSED Thursday November 26th in celebration of Thanksgiving- other than that, we’re open regular hours! 11:30-9 Tues, Wed, and Sun and 11:30-11 Fri, Saturday.

Ginger & Juice returns this week- IPL infused with ginger and grapefruit puree made here in our kitchen. Spicy, juicy, and delicious. This beer is draft only.

We also have two new developments from our Sour Barrel ProjectABS and Sour Red. Both are lagers soured in red and white wine barrels for over a year. ABS will be available on tap and in bottles. Sour Red is draft only.

What’s New, week of November 3rd

This is a good week to be a hop-head!

Kiwi Rising– our popular double IPL brewed with New Zealand hops- returns Tuesday November 3rd! Available on draft and in bottles to-go, this beer only comes around once a year so get it while it lasts!

If that’s not enough hops for you, we’ll be adding 3x Dry Hopped Hoponius Union w/ Amarillo as draft lines open. This one is draft only so come enjoy a pint with lunch or dinner!
