Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Crystal hops were added at the very end of the boil to give a robust hop flavor and smooth bitterness. This spicy and floral beer was brewed with a touch of rye malt to accent the spiciness of the hops. Low in alcohol, yet full in flavor.
