Using ingredients imported from Bavaria, Modern Hefe is krausened with our House Lager yeast and is unfiltered, allowing it to condition after packaging for natural carbonation. Hazy, smooth, and golden, Modern Hefe sips with irresistible notes of banana, clove, and soft wheat.
