Ležák is the Czech word for Lager and this batch puts our piloting prowess to the test.  We start with traditional Bohemian floor malts and Saaz hops for a classic recipe, and then ferment it in our open, wooden barrel fermenter to give it unique character.  Take it for a spin and let us know what you think.
