As we continued our global lager journey, we were awe-struck by the tales of John Wei at Brewlander in Singapore. He shared stories of falling in love with craft beer around the world and working hard to bring it to his home country. Our conversation lead to the idea of straightforward lagers with some craft twists inspired by global ingredients. We brewed this with floor malted Marris Otter malt and a cool pool with Australian hops. We hope you enjoy this unique lager inspired by culture and conversation.
