Dinkel Herb, or “bitter spelt,” is another addition to our Kellerbier Series. Brewed with spelt and Styrian Aurora hops, Dinkel Herb is a slightly bitter golden lager with a rustic, grain-forward character. Like the rest of our keller series, Dinkel Herb is left unfiltered.
