We’re working on some new techniques to bring the beautifully tropical flavors of NEIPA to Lager Land. Fruit and tropical notes dominate the aroma and initial flavor and then give way to the crisp, refreshing finish of a well-made lager. Those of you familiar with our rising series will note this as the evolution of that style.
