For our next stop on the Lagers of the World tour, we went down under to discuss lagers with Johnny Latta from NOMAD Brewing. We learned a lot about how the climate is a huge influence on what they brew and drink especially when it comes to indigenous crops. So that’s where we honed in to make this beer.
