This week in the Beer Hall we debut a brand new beer- Session Black IPL. Brewed with chocolate malts, Azacca and Mosaic hops this beer is surprisingly sessionable at 4.5%. It’s on draft only at the Beer Hall so come grab a pint soon!
Next week we’ll have some new brews for you as well. A new Sour Barrel Project and an extra Dry Hopped Mass Rising so stay tuned!
This is a big week for Beer Hall releases! First off- a fresh batch of Calyptra, our session IPL hits the taps. 3x Dry Hopped Hoponius Union will be back on tap this week as well, this time hopped with Sorachi Ace and Calypso.
Then, the first of our newest Barrel-Aged Framinghammer variants arrives- the Italiano, bourbon barrel aged with star anise, espresso, and lemon zest. This beer is draft only, so come grab a snifter soon. If that’s a little too strong for you, Nitro Coffee Smoke & Dagger will make an appearance this week.
If you’re not a hophead or a hammerhead, you can get pumped about a new draft-only Sour Barrel Project appearing on tap as lines open.
The Beer Hall & Kitchen will be CLOSED Thursday November 26th in celebration of Thanksgiving- other than that, we’re open regular hours! 11:30-9 Tues, Wed, and Sun and 11:30-11 Fri, Saturday.
Ginger & Juice returns this week- IPL infused with ginger and grapefruit puree made here in our kitchen. Spicy, juicy, and delicious. This beer is draft only.
We also have two new developments from our Sour Barrel Project– ABS and Sour Red. Both are lagers soured in red and white wine barrels for over a year. ABS will be available on tap and in bottles. Sour Red is draft only.

In keeping with the Kiwi theme of the past few weeks (and just to make everything a bit more confusing)- Kiwi Time, Leisure Time brewed with real kiwi fruit, will debut this week. This one is draft only and was brewed in a very limited quantity, so come grab a pint soon.
We’re dusting off the Hopstitution name to bring you NITRO Hopstitution #10 w/ Lemon Drop. This beer is draft-only.
Also, Ginger and Juice returns. Hoppy, fruity, and spicy, this beer is not to be missed.
Last week was the long-awaited return of Kiwi Rising, our double IPL brewed with increasing additions of New Zealand hops. Strong and seriously hoppy, Kiwi Rising is available on tap and in bottles or growlers to-go. If that’s not enough hops for you, we’ve got you covered. This week 3x Dry Hopped Kiwi Rising w/ Nelson Sauvin will hit the taps as lines open. This one is draft-only, so come have a pint with lunch or dinner!
