What’s New- We’re back on the Bandwagon!

This week we see the return of a popular sour- the Cuvée D’Bandwagon!  This golden dry hopped sour joins recent trends in sour beer with copious dry hopping after the souring process.  Barrelmaster Matt added plenty of Saaz and Chinook hops, which lend spicy, herbal, and piney notes.  We’re still straddling the seasons, so we have the last of all your Winter favorites like Lashes and Framinghammer on tap alongside Springtime picks like Sunny Ridge and Maibock Hurts like Helles so we’ve got you covered no matter the weather this week.

What’s New- St. Paddy’s Day Week!

Happy St. Paddy’s Week everyone! We’ve got some great food specials running this week from Thursday March 17th through Sunday March 20th. Chef Gregg will be serving up a Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner, a Full Irish Breakfast, and a Ruben Pizza. Pair them with one of our new spring draft offerings- Maibock Hurts Like Helles or Sunny Ridge Pilsner. Also new on draft is the Cuvee D’Smorgasbord, a blended raspberry sour, and the Orange Peppermint Bark BA Framinghammer has returned for a limited time!

What’s New- It’s beginning to feel like Spring!

Spring is springing at the Beer Hall this week! Late last week, Maibock Hurts Like Helles joined our taps and this week Sunny Ridge Pilsner returns on draft! Both are excellent choices for spring. Maibock is a sweet malty golden lager with a full body and a bit more strength than you’d expect from its light color. Sunny Ridge is our spring seasonal, a pilsner brewed with German malts and noble hops- slightly sweet with a crisp finish and an herbal floral aroma. Come have a taste of each!  The Maibock is also available in bottles to-go, Sunny Ridge bottles will release in a few weeks so stay posted!  Also on tap- the Cuvee D’Smorgasbord, a new blended raspberry sour.

What’s New- Week of March 1st

We’ve restocked Hoponius, House, Calyptra, and Leisure Time cans!  Come and get em while they’re fresh!

A seaonal favorite, Maibock Hurts Like Helles, returns on tap and in bottles this week. Don’t let this golden lager fool you with it’s mellow malts and noble hop aroma- it’s on the stronger side! Also, a new batch of Hibiscus Blood Orange Leisure Time hits the taps!  And we have plenty of other draft-only specialties, too- Big Red Mitch is an Imperial Red Lager, Session Black IPL is hoppy and dark, and the Baby Hammer is a black lager brewed with oats and lactose.

What’s new- Sour Time and Big Red Mitch!

We aged a batch of Leisure Time in wine barrels with souring organisms for over a year to bring you Sour Time!  Light, tart, funky, and dry, this beer is perfect for sour lovers or those who want a little something different.  Sour Time is a draft only release, so come have a pint with lunch or dinner this week! Also on draft this week is Big Red Mitch– an imperial red lager named after our favorite used-to-be-ginger salesman. This is a wicked hoppy lager brewed with simcoe, centennial, amarillo, and idaho-7 hops. Available for pours and growler fills.

Two cannings this week mean a restock of Hoponius and Calyptra cans before the weekend.

What’s new- cans and sours and new beers, oh my!

Leisure Time is now available in twelve packs of 12 oz cans following its first canning this week!  We have a limited amount of cans so come grab yours while they’re fresh.  Additionally, the Ninth Blend in our Sour Barrel Project series is now available in bottles.  The Ninth Blend combines three lagers that were soured in a combination of red and white wine barrels.  This is a brewery exclusive brew so be sure to stop by and pick one up.  We’re also bringing two new beers on draft this week.  Sibling Ryevalry is a new rye IPL brewed with Simcoe and Chinook hops.  The piney herbal hop character compliments the spicy rye backbone.  If hops aren’t your thing, that’s okay.  A new black lager brewed with oats, lactose, and tons of roasted malt, Baby Hammer, will hit the taps as well.  Sweet, dark, and full bodied, come grab a pint to warm you up on a chilly evening!

What’s New- It’s Officially Framinghammer Season!

Hammerheads rejoice!  Our seasonal baltic porter Framinghammer has returned on draft and in 12 oz four packs!  A lengthy conditioning period creates a silky smooth chocolaty mouth feel enhanced by the use of oats and brown sugar- creating a brew with many similarities to imperial stouts.

We have a handful of specialty draft lines opening up this week as well. Hibiscus Blood Orange Leisure Time, 3x Dry Hopped Hoponius with Centennial and HBC-09328 , and PB&J Framinghammer will all appear on draft this week.

What’s New- Week of January 12th

Nitro Coffee Smoke & Dagger returns on draft this week!  Infused with locally roasted Red Barn Coffee, this beer is a fan favorite.  Later in the week, Red Tape Lager returns in bottles with shiny new packaging.  Our latest lager wine, Brewery Maker, will finally hit our retail store in bottles.  Brewery Maker is a brewery-exclusive beer, so be sure to make the trip if you want a taste or a bottle.

What’s new- first week of the year!

New year, new beers! We have a few new and exclusive brews hitting the taps this week- two new Framinghammers and a special infusion! You might remember from the fall, that we had a couple special Framinghammer projects aging in bourbon barrels. The Barrel-Aged Framinghammer Mole– with cocoa nibs, cinnamon, vanilla bean, serrano and chipotle peppers- and the Barrel Aged Framinghammer Orange Peppermint Bark– with orange zest, peppermint, and cocoa nibs- are both on tap now. If dark and heavy aren’t your thing- we have a blood orange infused Leisure Time available on tap and for growler fills for a limited time. Come on in and warm yourself up with a pint!

What’s new- the Sax is back!

Happy holidays everyone!  This week we’re celebrating the return of the Saxonator, a dunkles dopplebock, in bottles and on draft.  Saxonator is dark strong interpretation of a double bock. Full bodied with a raisiny, dark fruit, slightly roasted and chewy malt character. Lagered for two months, a smooth malt character balances the high ABV of this strong beer. Perfect for keeping you warm on these cold (ish) winter nights!

The Beer Hall & Kitchen will be CLOSED on Christmas day and will have limited hours on Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve hours are as follows: kitchen and bar 11:30-3, retail 11:30-6
