Bohemian Aurora balances a sweet malt character, derived from the use of a double decoction mash, with an assertive Saaz hop flavor, aroma, and bitterness. Cold-fermented and naturally carbonated, this Czech-style pilsner captures the essence of “pitelnost,” or “drinkability,” found in the beers of Czechia.
